W.O.W. - Women of Worth

Our Women's Ministry is offering many opportunities for YOU this coming year!

Bible Studies

It is our desire that every woman who wishes to be in a small group Bible study with other women will be able to attend one that fits their schedule. Please contact the discussion leaders for more information.

Monday Afternoon – 2:00 pm at the church. Studying the book of Romans led by Charlene Salisbury. Contact Charlene for details.

Wednesday evening, 7:00pm, College/Career Co-ed Bible Study.

Thursday mornings - "Jesus Cares for Women."

Tuesday evenings (weekly) Bible study – 7:00pm at the home of Trisha LeProhon. Studying the book of Galatians. Study led by Trisha LeProhon and Jen Trzeciak. Contact Trisha or Jen for details. Starts September 14th, 2010.

"Jesus Cares for Women"

Please join us for a ladies' summer study - five weeks of looking at how Jesus interacted with 5 women in scripture, knit together with acts of service to women in our body. This study will be held on Thursday mornings from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at Eastridge Baptist.

Bible Study weeks: June 3rd, June 17th, July 1st, July 15th, July 29th.
Acts of service weeks: June 10th, June 24th, July 8th, July 22nd.

Childcare will be provided for the study weeks only. More information will follow on the Acts of Service weeks.

Missions Prayer Ministry

Meeting the second Thursday of each month, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the home of Alaire Irish. Join us as we: Pray for our Missionaries, do service projects, and partner with and encourage our missionaries. Watch for an updated schedule of dates coming soon. Contact: Alaire Irish

Opportunities to Serve in WOW Ministries

There are many opportunities to serve in Women of Worth (WOW) ministries. If you have an interest in serving in any of the following areas, please contact Cathy Mickelson: arts & crafts, audio-visual (Power Point, sound), computer (newsletter, brochures, flyers), phone calling, cooking, food prep, decorations, shopping, ticket sales, sign up table, writing notes, addressing envelopes, preparing mailings, childcare and event set up.
