Step 2: In order to save a reading plan in the app, you must create a free account. On your phone, open the Bible app. You will be prompted to create this free account. Select whether you want to Continue with Google or Continue with Email. If you select email, you’ll be asked to enter your first and last name, email address, and a password.

Step 3: Select the version of the Bible you want to use in the app. If you don’t see your preferred version listed, scroll to the bottom of the list and select View All. Scroll through the list to locate the preferred version and click on it. Click Continue to go to the Bible app home page.

Click the above invitation button to join Eastridge in reading the Taylor plan together. Once you accept the invite, you will be able see where we are in the reading plan. Each day has a date attached to it. Following this invite link will allow you to pick up where we are in the plan if you join later in the year, rather than making you start back at day one (although you can go back if you wish).

Note: If you just search for the Taylor Plan in the app rather than following the above invite, you will be prompted to join a generic plan for yourself or to invite others to, rather than joining the Eastridge community plan.

READ, REFLECT, and RESPOND
Each day will give you a selection of Scriptures to read. You have the option to read on the app (or look up the Passages in your printed Bible), or to listen to the audio of the Passages. Once you complete the readings for the day, you will have the opportunity to add comments in the “Talk it Over” portion of the plan. These comments can be read by those who have accepted the invite to follow along with us.
