Purpose of Small Groups

Small groups at Eastridge exist to bring believers together to study God’s Word. Small groups care for, pray for, and encourage one another, serve others, and hold each other accountable to being doers of the Word and growing in their knowledge of the Lord in order to bring Him glory.

Types of Small Groups We Offer

From September to May, Eastridge offers many options for both Men’s and Women's small groups, each studying the same book of the Bible. For the 2024/25 season, these groups are studying the book of 1 Peter, with men and women working through separate commentaries to complement their study of the Word.

During the summer months, various book studies for men and for women are available from late May or early June through July. These studies will be announced in the Spring.

We also offer several Co-Ed Home Discipleship Groups (HDGs). These HDGs provide an opportunity for in-home fellowship, centered on becoming doers of the Word. HDGs will have discussion surrounding application questions that compliment the most recent Sunday Sermon.

How to Get Plugged into a Small Group

Initial enrollment for our Fall-Spring small groups and HDGs starts in August, however mid-season sign-ups are also welcome. Our small groups are open to anyone who wants to learn more about God’s Word and be part of a group that loves and cares for one another.
